Description: This independent study was performed by the Ingrid Fridolf Methadone Clinic at Lund University Hospital in Sweden. Samples were collected and screened at the University Hospital and a split sample sent for GC-MS confirmation at the accredited laboratory at Uddevalla Hospital, also in Sweden. GC-MS confirmation test were preformed on all samples. The screening test assay has a cut off for Buprenorphine at 200ng/ml.

Results: Table shows test results using the DTA screening Test card and the GC-MS confirmation results.

Summary: Overall the AccuTest BUP screening Test performed extremely well compared to the laboratory GC-MS results. Accuracy of 99% is well within acceptable ranges for a screening assay and the study results shows that our customers can be confident with the results they obtain using AccuTest BUP rapid screening assay, when used in accordance to manufactures directions.
